Refund policy
We understand that sometimes people change their minds. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to refund or exchange any opened purchases, however we are happy for you to return any unopened purchases within 10 days of receipt - anything thereafter is not acceptable. Please do take the time you need to understand our products and ingredients prior to purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@avaleoneskn.com. Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we’ll send you our returns address for you to send back the item. The buyer is responsible for the returns postage. We hope to provide return shipping labels in the future. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to return any items that have been used or opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
